Cheap/Free VPS For Hosting Jellyfin Server That Only Streams From Debrid Service

Most of the time I watch content I use infuse connected to torbox through webdav. I want to setup a way for me and friends to watch movies together and the only solution I have found is Jellyfin/Plex watch together. Main issue with that setup is my upload speed cannot keep up with multiple people watching. Current plan would be to find a cheap VPS and host jellyfin and rclone or zurg and have that as the main server. Because of this method I do not need much if any storage at all. Is there a better solution than this? Trying to make it very user friendly for non tech savy friends.
