Switched to T-Mo at Costco

On July 14, I moved my five lions from Verizon over to T-Mobile at Costco because of their promises of $1600 in Visa gift cards and $375 in Costco shop cards. To date, I’ve not received any of that, and I’m wondering how long do these things take to receive. Honestly, if I don’t receive them, I’ll probably go back to Verizon because they’re a new $30 plan would actually work out to be less than I’m paying at T-Mobile right now. Is there a way to check on these items that lured me in?
