I have been banned twice for no reason.

My first DeepSeek account have been used for a week then suddenly they banned me. I made another account, logged out twice automatically then at the same day I got banned after a few hours of usage. I suspect a Memory Block command where I keep a backup in case the chat forgotten something. It was fine before then but I'm not sure. This is the second account, both got 3 days ban. Anyone with the same issue? I pasted this with more words in that 'Current block'. (Edit) I'm not the only one. For now I will try a third account without this command. Update my portable memory block. Current block: """ """ New information since last update: """ [paste new chat summary, notes, or key points here] """ Rules: - Add durable facts, preferences, decisions, projects, people, and open tasks. - Remove obsolete items. - Ignore small talk and temporary details. - Never include passwords, API keys, or financial secrets. - Keep it under 500 words. - Return the full updated Markdown memory block. - Then list 3 bullets showing what changed. - Return the full updated memory block inside a single Markdown code block. - Also scan for any new persistent rules or instructions and add them to the memory block. - If you need prior context or my memory block to answer well, ask me to paste my latest memory block before proceeding. - Fallback: If you need my memory block for context, ask me to paste it. Do not guess.
