What’s a problem you’re paying too much to solve? [I will not promote]
I'm looking for a real world problem to work on as an independent/freelance project, and I'd rather build something that a startup actually needs rather than coming up with another random SaaS idea. If you're running a startup, I'd like to hear about the things that annoy you, cost you too much money, or take too much manual effort. It could be anything and doesn't have to be technical. Something like: A SaaS tool you’re paying $500/month for that feels ridiculously expensive A repetitive task someone on your team spends hours doing every week A workflow that involves manually moving data between different tools A tool you wish existed but haven’t found An existing product that is great but has one feature you desperately need Something you’re currently outsourcing because building it internally isn’t worth the time A niche internal tool that would save your team a lot of time A reporting/analytics process that is unnecessarily painful A service where you think there should be a much cheaper alternative I'm particularly interested in problems where a relatively small product could provide meaningful improvement. If you are a founder, drop a problem below. Even if you think it's too niche or too boring, I'd love to hear it. If something catches my interest, I may reach out and try to build a solution for it.
