Credit/ Promotion

So I had a T-Mobile rep tell me that because I’ve been with him for 13 years or as apparently they count it 2 decades she’s gonna put in a special request for me to receive a $2000 phone Credit. It is subject to upper management approval. Anybody ever heard this or anybody ever had this happen? She told me she would call me back on Wednesday since that’s the next time she’s at work.
