Experience Signature plan holders- Double check your plan details!

I double checked my plan and I noticed I was getting charged extra $10 per line (I have 4) for unlimited data and 80gb mobile spot but we already have it for free at 60gb!! It was added during the plan transition back in July. If you see it cancel it in the app or call customer service. While I was at it I upgraded my iPhone 13 Pro to iPhone 18 pro and was offered $530 for trade in without changing my plan. Just ask if they have another offer that works with the plan. It will say a different number on the trade in contract but after 2 cycles it will reflect accurately. I tripled confirmed with rep.
