Best setup for TV + Game + general server

Alright so I have quite a bit of services like most of you out there I’m sure. Looking for input based on my current setup and goals. I have spyware tv (LG) and I really want to move away from it and just host my own tv OS. I have an existing home server (old office desktop ~$200 from Best Buy + storage ram upgrades). I host a lot of vibe coded web apps (workout app, goal tracking etc), jellyfin, navidrome, immich, etc. I also use my gaming pc to server myself a local AI model. I’ve recently created a series of really fun unity based local games that I would play with my friends locally (all support game controllers). Note: not asking for your opinion on AI games or tools. They are only for me and my family/friends. So my question: What would be my best option hardware, OS, and software wise to have a machine that can act as a TV OS, also host my local vibes games (must be able to connect to multiple Bluetooth controllers), and various other services listed above? It must be able to play 4k movies and 7.1 support as well. OR am I going about this all wrong? Maybe I just need multiple separate PCs? Not sure. Has anyone gone down this route and able to share lessons learned?
