Fulmar: DeepSeek Harness in a Mac app, with controls for access, models and recovery

I’ve been building Fulmar for myself and have now put the source on GitHub. DeepSeek Harness runs the agent: conversations, tools and tasks. Fulmar wraps that runtime in a native macOS app and adds controls around it: Choose a local or cloud model route, with explicit consent before switching where your data goes. Keep credentials in Keychain and control workspace and tool access. Create recovery checkpoints so you can review and restore workspace changes. The point is to make running DSH on a Mac easier to manage, especially when agents can change files or run commands. It’s MIT-licensed and currently a source preview. You’ll need to build it yourself; the downloadable beta is still in progress. GitHub: ajss-25/fulmar If you’re using DSH on a Mac, I’d be interested in what you think is missing.
