Self hosted AI image / chat

Not sure if this has been asked before especially for my requirements / platform. I run an unraid server and self-host as much as I possibly can like photo sharing / music / movies / etc. I am currently looking into llm’s and such as I have been using ChatGPT to “talk to” to create images etc but keep hitting the free limit and I ain’t paying for something I’m pretty sure I can host myself. Is there anything that I can run on unraid or a vm / Docker that would suit my needs? Mostly just AI image generation. I have an i5-14500 cpu, 64GB ram and a coral TPU pci device that used to be used for frigate person detection if that could be used. No dedicated GPU unless one is required for this? Any suggestions?
