What I wish I knew when starting a small business

I’ve had the privilege of experiencing a very diverse career, and for a number of those years, I established and ran a consultancy. Like many people, I’d always wanted to try this path, but the learning curve was steep. One of the most significant challenges was identifying the right technology to serve both my needs as the owner and those of my clients.
