Marked is Hookmark's Parter of the month

Marked is Hookmark’s Partner of the Month for September, and it’s a pairing that makes a lot of sense to me.
Hookmark is a Mac utility for linking the things you work with: files, emails, notes, tasks, web pages, and documents in all kinds of apps. Instead of relying on folders, search, or memory to find related material again, you can create direct links between the pieces of a project.
That fits nicely with the way I think about Marked. Marked has always been designed to work alongside the tools you already use. You can write in your favorite Markdown editor or other writing environment, while Marked handles previewing, reviewing, navigating, and publishing the document.
Hookmark takes a similar approach at a different level. It doesn’t ask you to move your information into another app. It connects the information where it already lives.
Say you’re writing a long article or book chapter. The document may be open in your editor and previewed in Marked, but the project itself probably includes research PDFs, notes, tasks, email conversations, and web resources. Hookmark lets you connect those things directly.
You can link a draft to the task that reminds you to revise it, to a research paper you keep referring to, or to an email conversation with an editor or collaborator. When you return to the project later, those connections are already there.
The Hookmark folks are featuring Marked throughout September as their Partner of the Month, so I’m happy to point Marked users in their direction as well.
If your work involves documents, research, notes, tasks, and all the other information that gathers around a project, Hookmark is worth checking out.
