Soundcraft K2 Troubles Galore

What would cause all the Preview Leds on my (new to me) Soundcraft K2 to blink continuously on power up and all the Cut switches freeze "on"? I've exercised every switch trying to find one that may be stuck on , but that didn't help. In addition, if I press the "CPU Reset" switch, thePreview lights go out and the cut switches on channels 1-24 work normally, but the Solo switches light up and don't do anything.
