keyboard configuration issu for key less/greater

I'm struggling with my keyboard to be able to use the less/greater key (I couldn't at all so far)

Here are my general system infos:

This keyboard has a key just right to Alt-Gr key, before the arrows, which shows :

But this key has no visible effect

I've understood that key remapping can be done at several "levels" of execution but it's really unclear to me and I couldn't find any way so on to make it work.

Now you can see XKeysymToKeycode returns keycode: 94 but pressing the key has still no visible effect, no character output at all
