I need to organize my photo and video gallery

Hi there. To give you some context and get straight to the point: I’ve let a lot of photos and videos pile up, and now I need a tool or some advice to help me organize everything. Most of the files are on OneDrive, so I’m looking for a tool that: 1 - Helps me delete duplicate or similar files. 2 - Is free/open-source—meaning it respects my privacy. 3 - Is accessible to other family members. I have an Oracle VPS (one of those "Always Free" ones), so a self-hosted tool would be great to put that VPS to good use. 4 - Offers some kind of OneDrive integration. I can't move my files off OneDrive yet because I don't have enough storage space anywhere else. Also, my wife needs something easy or intuitive so we don't let things get messy again. She also needs to clear out files from her phone and her own Drive (which is full); the idea would be to move them to OneDrive.
