Gemma4 12B cannot listen to audio from the videos?

Currently serving Gemma4 12b with this command: ` .\llama-server.exe -m ..\llm-models\gemma-4-12B-it-heretic-QAT-UD-Q4_K_XL.gguf --mmproj ..\llm-models\mmproj-Gemma4-12B-BF16.gguf -ngl 99 ` Then I go to llama's webui, drop a video but it can only see, not listen to the video (it hallucinates the audio), am I doing something wrong? or is there another UI that passes the video with audio?
