Big Update for DMARC Report

I just pushed a fairly big update to my [dmarc-report package](https://pypi.org/project/dmarc-report/). This is a bit of a niche package for those who need to analyse DMARC aggregate reports.

There’s a nice CLI that outputs a Rich-formatted DMARC report. And the Python API has been improved to work better in other projects. I’ve been working on my own DMARC reporting website and am planning to use this package for the core logic, so these changes were mostly for my benefits.
