KVM switch not recognizing second output monitor

Can I get a video or picture? The cables might matter. For instance, if you have a DP 1.2 cable and the top monitor is DP 1.2, that’s fine, but if the bottom monitor is DP 1.4, and you try your DP 1.2 cable, you run into an issue.
