Claude spent 48 hours waiting for me this week.

I built AgentPlayback to see how long my Claude Code and Codex sessions were waiting on my response vs working. Turns out waiting for me is a full time job. It reads your existing local session logs and turns them into a circular timeline of working, waiting for input, and overlapping sessions across projects. Everything runs locally. Everything was designed by hand in Figma, but implemented with the help of Fable! Free and open source.
