Switched to GoogleFi. Couldn’t be happier.

I was originally on the Sprint Kickstarter plan. I’m really unhappy that the price has crept up from $20/month to $41/month. I’ve also had an issue for several months where I couldn’t activate iMessage or FaceTime and T-Mobile support confirmed that it’s an issue with their network in my area and they didn’t have an ETA to resolve it. Decided to take advantage of the recent 75% off deal at Google Fi and now I’m paying $17.29 for the next 12 months. Currently on a 6 country, 3 week trip to Europe and loving the high speed international roaming instead of 256kbps for free or expensive daily high speed with low data caps. Everything has been perfect and I can now use iMessage and FaceTime again. Bye bye T-Mobile!
