Is it possible to prepetually build early-stage startups to sell it early? - I will not promote

Already built a startup over 4 years and exited it in less than a year of operations, noticed I prefer building and managing early stage of the startup when its more product-led vs later stage where it is people-led. Is it possible to perpetually build and sell startups as MVP after few months of operations? Think 2-5 years. Any example of famous founders that do exactly that?
