Real Object or AI?
Spotted on European Amazon, this thing:
My first thought was What the heck is it? Apparently it's whatever you want it to be: A remote control caddy, a pencil cup, a jewelry organizer, a key tray.
The manufacturer is listed as "Genérico," presumably a fake brand. The lifestyle shots are filled with AI people and objects and at least one problematic perspective view:




So who knows what you'd actually receive if you ordered this thing.
It wasn't that long ago that shady companies would simply use a real brand's product photos in their listings. Now, it seems, AI renderings can save them the trouble of having to swipe photos at all.
