Went from $300/mo → $30k/mo in 5 months. Now I’m stuck (i will not promote)

I co-run a small B2B data/API startup with two other people. We’ve gone from roughly $300/mo to almost $30k/mo in 5 months. I’m happy about the growth, but I feel a bit stuck on what comes next. Growing from $100 -> $10K scale felt like finding things that worked and repeating them in higher volume. At this point, I can’t tell if the next 10X jump to $100K+ scale is just the same thing at much higher volume, or if we need a different plan entirely. For people who got past this stage, what got you the growth to $100K+ scale? Is hiring or funding the next step? How much did you change the way you sold or marketed versus just pushing harder on what was already working? I’d really appreciate honest advice!
