GLM 5.3 flash vs Deepseek v4 flash 0731 on hermes

I've been using GLM 5.3 flash since it was revealed (previously OX), i have been using Deepseek in the past, with my usage and usecases, building web app, cron jobs and others, and as a beginner Deepseek is much more usuable thant GLM 5.3 in hermes, yea Deepseek talks a lot and as a beginner you need it so you can understand what the agent is doing. GLM 5.3 flash also fails on tool calling unlike Deepseek v4 flash. i need to patch some update for it to work and also GLM 5.3 flash doesnt really follow Agents.md (Agents.md) file. it looks at it like a suggestion not a protocol to follow. GLM 5.3 is good, but if you are a beginner in programming use deepseek.
