Everything attempted since — apps that vibrate the phone on the beat, lights pulsing with the track, smell — adds a sensation while the song plays and stays separate from it. On eye and pulse tracking read back by the feed, a branch of the vagus nerve under the skin of the outer ear, the warmth of someone watching at the same time, and why nobody has found the next one yet.
