A competitor shows up in every ChatGPT answer for our category and we dont. How do I even diagnose this? I will not promote

Tried maybe 20 different phrasings, they're in almost every answer, we appear in like 2. Our SEO is objectively fine, we outrank them on google for half these terms. Someone told me to get an llm seo tracker to see what sources the AI is pulling from but the agency focused ones look like overkill for one brand.
