Basic IP camera recommendations

I've been using some old Android phones with the IP Webcam app and it's basically the perfect setup except that the phones overheat and blow through batteries (older phones with no battery protection mode and it's not worth buying newer ones for this purpose). I'm looking for a basic (emphasis on basic ) IP camera or two. No cloud bullshit, no nonsense (and definitely NO CLANKERS ). I don't want an "app" or really even need to access it from my phone (I can just use VLC to load the RTSP if I really need to). It will not even be online, LAN only. It can literally just be a almost-dumb PoE camera that spits out RTSP and nothing else, although a built-in web UI would be ideal. Where should I start looking?
