My conversations keep deleting themselves

I start a new conversation, get a couple turns in, and once I leave the app then come back after it finishes its turn everything except my initial message and its first response disappear. Is this happening for y'all? I am using the remote feature to interact with codex over cellular. This has been happening for at least a week now. iOS app, fully updated.
