N2 vs N25 question

If you were importing a phone that has every single (except millimeter wave) band that T-Mobile uses except for N25, but it has the subset N2, would said device be able to access the majority of the spectrum covered under N2, or would the lack of a N25 radio in the phone ba deal breaker for that frequency?
