The Witcher 3 Remastered Launches September 29 as a Free Upgrade With Xbox Play Anywhere Support

CD Projekt RED has announced The Witcher 3 Remastered. The update arrives on September 29, 2026, as a free upgrade for existing owners. The remaster adds Xbox Play Anywhere support.

The trailer features a new hook tool that Geralt uses to pull in enemies, as well as new nature-themed enemies. CD Projekt RED has also confirmed The Witcher 4 is planned for 2028, with the Witcher 3 expansion set for release later in 2027.
