DeepSeek Harness vs VScode

Hello everyone, I wanted to ask if there is any benefit of switching to the DeepSeek Harness against VScode which I am currently using with the zoocode extention? Also wanted to ask about the reasoning effort which is by defualt set to high and what do you suggest or what do you usually use?
