Trying to decide what to use for GUI for docker

New to all this but So I got promox working and set up and Ubuntu VM with docker installed with the help of a guide Today was gonna install crafty controller, and I plan to use the terminal but I'd like a GUI before hand just because it helps me to have a visual there, I learn and understand better if I can also see it I've been recommended Cockpit for Ubuntu, with a plug-in could manage docker, then I know or Portainer or Dockhand, saw someone recommended Komodo, and then someone told me to just use CasaOS and install the applications I need Kinda just at a stand still wondering which fits my needs best or I should go with and didn't wanna get started without a full plan of what to do
