Considering Switching

We're currently with Xfinity, but our price is about to go up as we moved and no longer have Xfinity WiFi at home. It will end up being about $160 for two lines with a payment in one phone. I saw T-Mobile was $170 for three lines, for their more expansive and expensive tier. Basically, I'm looking for feed back on service, customer service, the additional perks. We live in West Michigan just north of Grand Rapids.
