Does Business subscription allow more weekly limits for solo person to purchase two seats?

I never struggle with the 5h, but the weekly quota lasts me for around 8 hours. Maybe some more. Also I may not be the best at leveraging usage and my project is large, but higher limits would be amazing for my project.
