Anyone here running or living in a founder house? (i will not promote)

Hey everyone, A few of us founders are looking to set up a shared house in Miami (aiming around Brickell / Wynwood) with a target move-in for September to create an intentional, high-output living environment centered on building and accountability. Anyone know of a place that already exist or would be interested?
