A ton of suspicion and distrust among the subreddit/community?

I've been here a few weeks before the price hike was announced for deepseek. Since then (the price hike, Deepseek Harness release), I've been seeing more and more top comments that have a lot of "calling out" for things like slop posts merely to promote a github, or for SEO ragebait or something like that. There just feels to be a lot of negativity and distrust among us. I don't know if it's just me. What do you guys think?
