Subtitle Sync Issues

Hi all,

I'm new here. I run the full *arr stack, including Bazarr for subtitles. For my movies and TV shows I need French subtitles (and sometimes English), but despite trying many different settings, providers, and custom sync scripts, I can't reliably get correctly-synced external FR (and occasionally EN) subtitles.

I already prioritize WEBRips in Sonarr/Radarr since they usually come with accurate embedded subtitles. But whenever I need external subtitles, I really struggle to get it working. Every so often Bazarr finds a perfect match that's nicely in sync with the audio, but that's the exception rather than the rule.

Is this a known, widespread issue, or am I missing some crucial setting? Any help is welcome, thank you!
