For the 2026/27 season, the Deutsche Oper am Rhein is unveiling a new visual identity that is consistently applied across all communication channels. The new season program features a fresh design by Neusitzer Brand Identity that integrates information and layout even more closely. Premieres, revivals and events are presented in a clear, chronological timeline – well-organised, dynamic and intuitive to follow throughout the entire season. Typography becomes a central design element, lending the premiere pages an unmistakable rhythm and character.

The opera premieres are visually accompanied by comic-style illustrations by Moritz Blumentritt, lending the design a distinctive artistic signature with high recognition value. The result is a visual identity that captures attention, invites discovery and appeals particularly to a young audience.

The ballet’s premiere pages are presented in the season programme with a new design that highlights the company’s distinctive aesthetic and artistic expressiveness. Altin Kaftira’s photographs depict the dancers in striking compositions brimming with tension, elegance and movement. With their clear visual language and high aesthetic quality, they lend the pages a strong visual presence and allow readers to experience the atmosphere of the productions first-hand.
