Souvenirs de Belleville transports listeners into the world of jazz manouche, that unique musical style shaped by the legendary guitarist Django Reinhardt. With the classic lineup of violin, clarinet, double bass, and rhythm and lead guitar, the ensemble brings to life the unmistakable sound of the Parisian jazz clubs of the 1930s and 1940s. Original compositions breathe new life into the spirit of Gypsy jazz while bearing a very personal musical signature. Melodic elegance, harmonic finesse, and the characteristic “pompe” rhythm blend into a soundscape full of warmth, energy, and sophistication.
Al Fresco is a script font by American type designer Laura Worthington that combines lightness, naturalness, and elegant calligraphy.
Capitol Capitals by Rian Hughes is an elegant all-caps font in the Art Deco and Streamline Modern styles, adding a classic metropolitan flair to the album covers.
