Comment on WWDC 2026 Keynote by Feek

Is it possible to somehow already create macOS 27 bootable USB? All I see offered is .ipsw file. Does fetching an installer with "softwareupdate" in terminal actually updates the system (just like run from System Settings), or downloads .app bundle suitable to create a bootable USB?
