For those who've launched apps before -- what route did you go?i will not promote

I have an app that's about 80% ready, and from what I've read, that's actually the right time to start getting users in the door. I'm currently on TestFlight build 31 (yes, 31 lol) and it's working well enough to share. My plan is to use TikTok for organic traffic to drive early downloads. My question is whether I should point that traffic to TestFlight or go ahead and push to the App Store first.
