Shouldn't a Large Language Model be good with languages? Deepseek has issues with Norwegian and Danish.

The main issue I have with Deepseek is that it thinks Norwegian language is Danish 99% of the time. Even when I explicitly tell it that the input is in Norwegian and I would like a conversation and output in Norwegian, it gives me Danish.
