PBS Could Lose 70 Years of Historic Archive Footage Over Cloud Dispute

The lost footage, said to amount to roughly 50 terabytes of data, reportedly included historical items shot over roughly 70 years of the station's programming.

Nine PBS, a public service broadcaster based in St. Louis, has filed a lawsuit which alleges a cloud storage vendor is preventing it from accessing huge volumes of its historically important footage.
