Roland D-70 repair

Hello, I have a Roland D-70 synth on my bench that powers and all lights go red and stay red. it has no sound. The screen (a common issue on this model) seems to be working. I get all the voltages (+12/-12v/+5v) and I get 6Mhz, 32.7Mhz but i'm not getting the 12Mhz near the main chip. Anyone with some experience with this synth? Thanks, have a good day.
