Account suspended ... without using it??

Maybe a week ago, I've created an account on chat.deepseek.com and tested the chatbot with "Hi!". After this, I logged in platform.deepseek.com to see how to buy API credits and forget about it. Few hours ago, when I tried to login I got "As a result of violations, your account has been temporarily suspended." What? I never used it! So I made a new account, topped 2$ to test API with Hermes and...... guess what...... suspended in 5 minutes. Fun fact, the api still works. Any advice ? I've em
