Help me understand Transformer in my ORS 87 build, starting with specifics and working out to general.

Practical questions. Which color leads go to which things in my ORS 87 build? It is a 3U GZT-87. Now with the practical out of the way, help me understand why this is. When I look at the images in the eBay listing for this transformer , it looks wrong to me. So I assume my understanding is wrong. To me it looks like one bobbin is connected to the red and yellow leads and the other bobbin is orange and brown, but in the schematic the pairing looks different. Just a guess, but because...
