Need second opinions on my new startup food service- I will not promote.

I hate things like factor that charge $300-$900 for a month's supply of food. My idea is that food is prepared with the most basic, simple, raw ingredients that are as nutritionally healthy and shelf stable as possible. Costs $90 for a month's supply delivered. The problems that I need to consider is how much money is required for a startup and how to produce the product as safe and sterile as possible.
