How have markets changed?

It seems like the fundamentals of the market have changed. I’ve never seen a president openly move stocks. These IPOs are going to be wild. I don’t know what to think about how they will impact index investing. Silver went down 30% in a day in January. Jane Street does whatever the fuck they want.
