Tilt and emotional day protection

How do you guys handle tilt and emotional damage on bad day like this one i had yesterday? Im working on discipline , managed to get a payout, and i thought this problem is beyond me now, until yesterday I do understand the problem is me and my execution, I did increase contract size when clearly i shouldn’t in strong downtrend day,my strategy is mean reversal , I know trend is your friend, Couldn’t accept the first loss so i continued to add more and more until im liquidated , although my logical mind do u
