My portfolio or the market which one is failing me

Hey Guys , I'm a recent grad based in Toronto with 4+ years of experience in multimedia design, video production, and motion graphics. Most of my work is from Ghana where I worked professionally for 4 years, but I recently graduated from Northeastern Toronto and I'm now building my Canadian experience. I've been applying to roles including entry level and not getting much response. I'm genuinely not sure if it's my portfolio or just the Canadian job market right now.
