Read-only mode banner should link to Meta.SO not just Meta.SE

Both recent read-only mode discussions have been here on Meta.SO. But the banner links to Meta.SE:

This site is currently in read-only mode. We’ll return with full functionality soon. Visit our status page or search our recent meta posts on the topic for more info.

I don't see any "recent meta posts" on Meta.SE after May 14. The July 28 and August 9 discussions are here on Meta.SO. To help users find where the read-only mode discussions actually are, I suggest replacing the second link with, or adding a link to, https://meta.stackoverflow.com/questions/tagged/read-only-mode .
